With 18 years in senior HR leadership, including roles at Standard Bank and as Head of Human Capital at Sir Fruit, I've spent my career understanding what truly drives people to grow.

For over 10 years, I've also served as a pastor and counselor, walking alongside individuals through some of their most personal and pivotal moments, offering both spiritual guidance and practical support for real change.
